I had my hair done by Patrick for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I arrived, he was so friendly, welcoming and professional. He really took the time to listen to everything I wanted and made me feel completely at ease. The salon is incredible and so relaxing! I only speak English, no French but Patrick’s English was very good, and he understood exactly what I was asking for. Communication was easy, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Maison Patrick Sérole, especially if you’re an English speaker looking for a talented hairdresser who genuinely cares about making your vision come to life. Recently had a cut, colour and shampoo over the festive season! Booking and communication was very straightforward and easy., especially as this was only part of my travel plans whilst visiting Roanne. Patrick took the time to listen and understand my needs and he did a wonderful job with my cut, colour and hair care from Moroccanoil. Shampoo portion was heavenly. The salon is modern, calming and a gorgeous spot for some ‘me’ time. I highly recommend coming here if you are in Roanne and would like to have a visit at the Salon!
